We’ll ensure your books are properly maintained and review anything from the past that might need fixing or any catch up work needing to be done.
Resolving pre-existing financial diagnostic issues is billed at $45/hr. Financial diagnostic work that is required as part of standard ongoing month-to-month bank reconciliations and are within 2 months of current are considered part of normal ongoing bank reconciliations and, therefore, is billed at our standard $32/hr rate.

Balance Audit is a full financial audit of your books, bank accounts, owners, tenants, properties, etc. towards identifying the cause of issues. This work is billed at $45/hr.
Initial setup, start up, or software-to-software migration of Appfolio, Buildium, Xero, Rentvine and QuickBooks Online is billed at $45/hr.
